GAIT ANALYSIS & RUNNING ASSESSMENTS
Gait analysis involves a thorough assessment of an individual’s walking or running pattern to identify any abnormalities or imbalances that may contribute to pain, discomfort, or reduced performance. Our experienced healthcare professionals at Maxwell Clinic utilize state-of-the-art technology and expert observation to analyze your gait, including factors such as foot strike, stride length, cadence, and body alignment.
During a running assessment, we take a holistic approach to evaluate various aspects of your running mechanics. This includes analyzing your posture, joint alignment, muscle imbalances, range of motion, and overall running technique. By identifying areas of concern, we can develop personalized strategies and exercises to address any limitations or inefficiencies, helping you achieve your running goals and minimize the risk of injuries.
